Welcome to Paradise Emporium; please take the time to review the following Terms of Use applicable to the use and enjoyment of the products and services provided by the website.  You should also refer to our Privacy Policy for users.  The Paradise Emporium website is owned and operated by Paradise Emporium Pty Ltd - A.B.N 64 128 189 033 .  To access, use or browse this website you must be eighteen (18) years of age.  There are terms of use associated with your purchasing of products from paradiseemporium.com.au.  As you access the website, browse and use our network you agree to be legally bound by these terms and acknowledge that you understand them, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein, which are covered by Australian Legislation.   As a valued customer of our website please ensure that you read and agree to the Terms of Use prior to ordering and purchasing any of the goods from the site.  These terms of use are subject to change from time to time so it is recommended that you periodically check this site.   If you require further clarification of these Terms of Use, contact us at info@paradiseemporium.com.au

2. Use of Site
If you register as a user and open an account on the Paradise Emporium site (“User Account”), you will be required to select a password for your User Account. We may refuse to register a user name that impersonates another person, is registered as a trade mark or otherwise protected by law, or is obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You must not disclose your password to any third party and are responsible for keeping it confidential. We will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an email or to enter it via any web site other than one with an URL beginning with http://www.paradiseemporium.com.au. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your User Account or access to your password, please change your password immediately and contact us. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your User Account.

We use industry standard techniques, including encryption to process and store personal information. However, to the extent permitted by law we do not accept responsibility for the security of personal information transmitted over the internet or the unauthorised access to or use of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

3. Termination
You may close your User Account at any time.

We may suspend or cancel your registration and your User Account at any time without notice if you breach these Terms of Use or if these Terms of Use otherwise permit. Furthermore, if we consider you have committed any fraudulent or other illegal activity, we may report such activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We also reserve the right to discontinue operating the Paradise Emporium site or provide any service through the Paradise Emporium site at any time with or without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that we may at any time immediately deactivate or close your User Account and delete all related information and files related to your User Account and/or bar any further access to such information or files. You will remain liable for obligations related to your User Account even if it has been closed. Sections 5 and 9 of these Terms of Use will also continue to apply once your User Account has been closed.

4. Privacy Policy
Paradise Emporium maintains a privacy policy that protects information of  its clients.  Your privacy is very important to us; at Paradise Emporium we will always protect your privacy and will not give out your sensitive information to any third parties.  Paradise Emporium needs personal information from you to process your orders and to personalise your shopping with us. Information including your name, delivery address, contact phone numbers and email address, credit card details, etc. is essential in the processing of your order.
This statement tells you in general terms what our commitment is, why we need to collect personal information, who we may share that information with.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING AND, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARADISE EMPORIUM SITE, OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS OF USE, IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT OF ANY AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACT OR OMISSION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR AUD$50.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY US AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY US OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH A BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE BY YOU, THE USE OF YOUR USER ACCOUNT, YOUR USE OF THE PARADISE EMPORIUM SITE OR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.

The Paradise Emporium site presents information provided by our suppliers. We make no representations as to the accuracy of the information presented at or via the Web Site.

You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of all information at the Web Site, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of it. By using the Web Site you agree that The Paradise Emporium and any of its subsidiary or related or affiliated companies or any of their employees or agents are not responsible for:

a) the accuracy or otherwise of the information displayed or omitted from the Web Site;
b) any person’s reliance on the information presented on the Web Site;
c) any loss in connection with the use of the Web Site.

7. Pricing
The prices that appear on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are valid and effective only in Australia.  All prices are inclusive of GST, prices for products and services are for our online store only, these prices may differ from time to time from those in Retail store.  Paradise Emporium takes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of any such price as it applies to any particular purchase. 

The price as it appears on Paradise Emporium's  website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made. Errors in data migration can occur and we reserve the right not to continue a purchase if a mistake has been made. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are only valid in Australia.

8. Online Security
Paradise Emporium acknowledges that customers are concerned about the security and protection of their credit card information. For this reason Paradise Emporium has taken a number of security measures to ensure customers can shop safely with us.

Paradise Emporium uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee security, using 256 bit encryption to process credit cards via the EFTPOS network.

9. IP Statement
All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the wording, layout, design and concepts of this web-site are reserved to Paradise Emporium. Any copying of the wording, layout, design, concepts or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights and may lead to legal prosecution.

Trade marks, copyright, company names, product names, and brand names related to the products appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. www.paradiseemporium.com.au does not claim to own any of these trade marks, copyright, brand names, product names what-so-ever nor does it claim that www.paradiseemporium.com.au is related to, endorsed by, or in any other way connected or associated with the respective owners and/or their companies and agents.

10. Ordering
Paradise Emporium products are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation via e-mail. Your products will be sent to you after you complete an order form with your payment details included. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences the legally binding agreement between you and Paradise Emporium and therefore will commence the terms of use.

11.Order Tracking
After placing an order a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded a legally binding agreement between you and Paradise Emporium commences the details of which are detailed in our terms of use policy.

By placing an order on our website you are making an offer. We reserve the right to reject or accept your offer for any reason: these might include the unavailability of the item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order. The availability of products, pricing, cost of services like delivery etc. may change at any time.

The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUS and GST inclusive.

You can track the status of your order online at www.paradiseemporium.com.au Click on Your Online Account and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number to see details of the order you placed. To track an order, click on the "Track Order" button located to the right of the order number on the main Account screen. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. 

12. Out of Stock and Backorders
On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. During this time your order will be place on back order.

13. Returns and Cancellations Policy
Returns, exchanges and credits will not be accepted without prior consultation and authority with the Paradise Emporium’s customer service team. They can be contacted at info@paradiseemporium.com.a.u  If and only when arrangements are made with staff, returns are to be sent via a reputable courier company specified to Paradise Perfumery, Shop G16, Met Centre, 273 George Street, Sydney,  NSW, 2000, Australia.  We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges and a $2.50 eWay transaction fee will be charged. Paradise Emporium reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee at their discretion.

You may return new, unopened items in pristine condition, excluding sale or discounted items, sold and fulfilled by Paradise Emporium within 7 days of purchase for an exchange for the price of the goods purchased; goods must have a valid receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Paradise Emporium cannot be held responsible for packing negligence and/or goods lost in transit. We regret we cannot exchange goods once the product has been opened and used, unless the item is faulty. 

There is no exchange or refunds on any sale or discounted items unless the product is faulty. Your normal statutory rights apply and are not affected. If returning goods that came with a gift with purchase (GWP), the gwp must be returned with the product.

If your goods arrive faulty please contact us within twenty-four (24 ) hours of the delivery date.  Upon assessment of the faulty goods by Paradise Emporium and/or their agents and suppliers, you may choose between a refund or exchange for the price of the product within seven (7) days.  After the 7 days have passed; you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account.  The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash but can be exchanged for another product within 7 days.
Paradise Emporium regrets that we cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance, change of mind or any personal taste issues associated with purchase.

Where possible, Paradise Emporium will ensure its utmost to help customers with exchanges and returns of goods in accordance with the Trades Practises Act.

It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit.  We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction. 

Cancellations:  Due to the order processing of our web site we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

How to Return your Item: Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.  We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return.  Please make sure to include a self addressed pre paid package so we can send the new product back to you.

14. Risk

All risk associated with the product will shift to the purchaser when the order leaves our warehouse and is dispatched. The title of the products remain with Paradise Emporium until you have made payment in full for those products Termination

Paradise Emporium reserves the right to terminate the buyer’s ability to purchase products and services from this site at any time.

15. Conclusion of Transaction

The agreement for sale is concluded only when full payment for goods is received and has been handed over to the designated carrier for delivery.  Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products for their intended purpose.  Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

16. Colour Information
While Paradise Emporium has tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

17. Shipping and Freight
Paradise Emporium offers three (3) types of delivery methods
Australia Post Registered Post

Paradise Emporium utilise express delivery and is typically overnight to most areas.  Delivery to most metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane is 1-2 working days.  For other states and rural reas allow between 2-5 working days.

Delivery charges are per order.  Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes via courier, please ensure that you include a day time address as your signature will be required for delivery.  We recommend you use your work address if you know that you are not going to be home. You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.

Please note that for your privacy and security all orders must be signed for upon delivery. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Additional delivery costs will be by the customer.

18. Delivery Details
Please ensure all delivery details provided are correct.  Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information may result in delivery delays.  An extra delivery fee will be charged for packages that require redelivery due to errors that are not fault of Paradise Emporium.

While we endeavour to deliver by the allocated time frame, there are times where this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
Paradise Emporium and its carriers make every effort to ensure that all packages are delivered on time; we cannot accept responsibility for late or non deliveries for reasons beyond our control.  Late deliveries do not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle a cancellation or a refund of an order.  We will however, do our best to ensure your purchase is delivered in a timely fashion.

If you believe that any material is available on or through the Paradise Emporium site in such a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or a breach of an agreed licence or contract, please notify our designated representative:

Welcome to Paradise Auctions, the first dedicated online beauty auction site in Australia!

The following sets out the Terms on which Paradise Auctions which is owned and operated by Paradise Emporium Pty Ltd – ABN 64 128 189 033. (“Paradise Auctions”) offers you access to the Paradise Auctions (“site”) and its services, by ticking the “I have read and agree to Terms of Use”, checkbox, you accept the terms and conditions below.

Before proceeding to use our services, you should read this Agreement carefully. If you find yourself unable to agree to them, then you must not use the site. If, however, you agree to them unconditionally you will be given the opportunity to click the “I accept” checkbox during the registration process, and you will then be able to use the Site to which this Agreement applies.

Paradise Auctions serves as a venue where buyers will have the opportunity to purchase items at a low price through placing a bid. Paradise Auctions provides a new meaning to the purchasing power for buyers known as a 'reverse auction'. This means the lowest “unique” bid at the end of the bidding period will be the winner. This can only happen if you are registered as a member of Paradise Auctions and pay the administration fee associated with each bid. Membership allows you to bid, subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This Agreement may be amended by Paradise Auctions at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site, without notifying its members. As such, you should periodically check to see what amendments have been made to this Agreement. Your continued use of the Site or the services provided on the Site following the posting of any amendments will mean that you accept these amendments.

The currency used by Paradise Auctions is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.

Offer and Acceptance
Through the placing of a bid in the auction, the bidder offers to buy such item being auctioned during the auction period. If such offer is accepted by Paradise Auctions, then it creates a contract which is legally binding on the successful bidder to purchase such item. The contract will be deemed to include the standard terms and conditions given by the suppliers of the items that the bidder has offered to buy. All items won cannot be purchased unless the following provisions are met:

1. The ownership as well as the title of the item will not pass automatically to the successful bidder until such time that Paradise Auctions has received full and clear payment for the item and risk of such item then passes to the successful transfer of the item to the winning bidder.

All terms, warranties and conditions, other than what are expressly included in these terms and conditions, are deemed excluded, except to the extent for a provision that is prohibited by law.

Conclusion of Auction
Before the conclusion of the auction, Paradise Auctions will usually send you a notification message through email which will inform you:

  1. The auction is about to close.
  2. Notification that there is a new item which will be offered if there is to be a new auction that will soon start.

Auction Account Credit
Any unused auction account credit will remain in your account until such time as you decide to use it.

If there is an excess as to the total administration fee compared to the amount of credits left in your bid bank, it means you need to deposit funds into your Auction account before making any bid.

The auction account credit can only be used to bid in the auctions that are being offered by Paradise Auctions.

Payment of Administration Fee
The subscriber warrants that he or she is the sole owner of the credit or direct debit credit card, and has the authority to use it for the purpose of purchasing credit to participate in the service as well as for any auction.

Paradise Auctions uses one third-party payment providers for accepting payments to your bid bank. Paradise Auctions ensures the exercise of due care in handling credit or direct debit credit information, as well as the use of a Secure Sockets Layer for the transmission and use of any sensitive information over the internet; and the use of industry encryption for storing such sensitive information including passwords. Paradise Auctions has firewall access control for this information and will not be held liable for any misuse or compromise of such information.

Disqualification
Paradise Auctions reserves the right to verify the accuracy and validity of the bids entered and to disqualify any bidder who places a bid which is not in accord with Paradise Auctions terms and conditions. The winning bidder must provide proof of identity and residency before the item will be transferred. It is at the discretion of Paradise Auctions to accept any alternative identification as a means of satisfying your correct identity.

Determination of the Winning Bidder
The individual who has placed the lowest and unique bid at the auction’s closure will be deemed to be the winning bidder.

Only the lowest unique bidder will win the items at Paradise Auctions.

The winning bidder will then be required to pay for such item at the price placed by the person within 3 business days of being notified of the successful bid.

There is one mode by which payments will are accepted by Paradise Auctions, this is: credit card payment only. If within 3 business days after the determination of the winning bidder, and due notification of the success of the bid, the bidder has not provided payment, then the bid will be deemed forfeit and the bidder will not be able to purchase the item.

Termination of Subscription
If at any time you want to terminate your subscription to Paradise Auctions then feel free to do so.

The termination of the subscription will be effective within 48 hours upon receipt of your request.

All unused credits will then be automatically expire upon the termination of your subscription.

Refund and Termination of Bids
Paradise Auctions reserves the right to cancel any bid without making a refund of the paid administrative fee under any of the following circumstances:

  1. The bidder made any false representation that tends to mislead or provide invalid information in any kind upon registering or purchasing credit to the bid bank or upon placing of a bid.
  2. Usage of a fraudulent credit card to purchase credit for the payment of administrative fee(s).
  3. The credit card institution or the bank reverses the credit card transaction made for the purchase of credit for the bid bank for the submission of the administrative fee.
  4. Bidder in any way is in agreement with any other bidder in placing a bid.
  5. Bidder attempts to exceed the bid limit for a particular auction period which is in breach of terms and conditions.
  6. Breach of any of these terms.

Paradise Auctions reserves the right to do the following:

  1. To cancel any bid or refund credits if Paradise Auctions receives the bid after the auction has closed.
  2. Absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, reject, suspend or bar a bidder with his or her corresponding bid at any stage during the period of the auction.
  3. For any reason that the auction is not able to run as planned due to: bugs, computer virus, tampering, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes that would lead to corruption of the integrity and the proper conduct of the auction; Paradise Auctions has the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the auction.
  4. That in the event of a state of emergency, act of terrorism or war, natural disaster, or any event that is beyond the control of Paradise Auctions, then cancellation, termination, suspension or modification of the auction may be done.
  5. In terms of stock unavailability or product recall, Paradise Auctions will replace items with similar or upgraded items in favour of the customer at no cost.
    Security of your Account and Personal Information

Members are responsible for all activities that they engage in through their subscription
Members agree to notify Paradise Auctions immediately in cases where they are suspicious of, or aware of, any unauthorized use of their account, password or subscription, as well as any other breach of security. To ensure your security make sure you log out from your account at the end of every session.
Paradise Auctions will not be liable to any loss or damage that arises from failure to comply with the previous section. Member’s use of this site constitutes recognition and agreement that Paradise Auctions services can not be used by an unauthorised 3rd party for any purposes which are commercial in nature.
In exchange for using Paradise Auctions services, you therefore agree to:

  1. Give complete and accurate information about yourself as stated in the registration form.
  2. Promptly update your registration data to keep it complete and accurate.
  3. Ensure no script is used, hacked in, or any activity that will disadvantage Paradise Auctions and Paradise Auctions reserves the right to cancel or disable your Paradise Auctions account should such action occur.

No Liability
Paradise Auctions will not be liable for any information that is incorrect or inaccurate which is caused by members or programming and equipment used in the conduct or participation at an auction. Such conditions as deletion, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation, theft, unauthorized access, alteration of bids or for any other technical matters.

Paradise Auctions will not be responsible for late, lost, incomprehensible or incorrect bids.

Paradise Auctions will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred upon shipment unless the winning bidder pays insurance for it. Insurance will cover damage or loss. All items shipped have an immediate insured value of $100; acquiring additional insurance is an option available to winning bidders upon request to Paradise Auctions.

Severance
Paradise Auctions will not be held liable for failure to comply with these terms and conditions. If a part or provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, that part or provision will be deleted and the remainder of the provisions will continue to be in full force.
Warranties and Representations

Paradise Auctions warrants to the maximum extent permitted by law, all representations and warranties of any kind with regard to the accuracy of the description or the estimated value of items offered.

Paradise Auctions shall have no obligation to investigate any test in relation to the sufficiency of an item to verify its authenticity and members should not solely rely on such description or even assume that such investigation did occur. Paradise Auctions will not be liable for any error, omission or misstatement from the description as stated in the item.

Alteration
Alterations made to these terms and conditions will only be made by Paradise Auctions and will be posted in this site. It is incumbent upon the subscribers to check the website periodically to check whether any changes affect you.

Delivery of Products
A winning item will be dispatched within 10 working days upon receipt of the payment from the winning bidder for that item.

Delivery is free, if the member requires additional insurance a fee will be incurred and deducted from your account upon agreement with Paradise Auctions.

For Damaged Item
There will be no reimbursement for items damaged in transit; however Paradise Auctions will replace such item under the following conditions:

  1. You have made a thorough inspection of the item shipped by Paradise Auctions for any damage before signing the receipt from the carrier, and made note of the nature and extent of the damage on the receipt.
  2. In the event of damage being concealed or obvious, you will then notify Paradise Auctions within 24 hours upon receipt of such item, while retaining the item and the packaging for inspection by the carrier.
  3. In any event that the carrier did not issue a damage call tag, it will be your sole responsibility to return the damaged item to us, carefully packaged with the freight pre-paid by you for inspection.

It is entirely at Paradise Auctions discretion to determine whether the item at the time of F.O.B (Freight On Board) shipment was damaged.

Replacement of the item will be made immediately if you choose too and an invoice will be given. The original net invoice price will be then credited and immediately issued provided the preceding conditions are met.

Product Guarantee
All products that are auctioned at Paradise Auctions are solely covered by the manufacturer's warranties as stated in the description at the auction.
There are no other warranties that will apply except to the extent that is required by law.

Disclaimer
Paradise Auctions makes no warranty either explicit or implied to the condition of any item. Paradise Auctions specifically disclaims any implied warranty regarding an item's fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose. There is no warranty or representation, including but not limited to suitability for use. Statements of quality, made by Paradise Auctions employees, will be not be considered as a warranty made by us for any other purpose or to create any liability on the part of Paradise Auctions.

If the winning bidder believes that an item is faulty with regard to the material or workmanship, the customer may return such item and replacement will be made. Any defect to an item will be determined at the sole discretion of Paradise Auctions. If found to be defective, Paradise Auctions will take the necessary action to replace such item.

Paradise Auctions Privacy Statement
1. Why do I need to supply personal information to participate in online auction?
Paradise Auctions requires your personal information in order that we can process your online bids including processing payment of amounts to us if you are the Winning Bidder. You can also register with us to tell us auctions you are interested in. Naturally, you must be a registered member prior to placing any online bids for an auction with Paradise Auctions. You can view all online auctions at any time, but you will need to register before you can bid at an online auction. We also require personal information to improve the service we provide to you, such as by giving you details of auctions you might be interested in.

2. When is personal information collected?
We collect personal information when you register on our site to become a member and/or when you purchase an item. The first area is the Online Auction Registration Form that will need to be completed prior to placing an online bid at an auction. The second area is your Profile where you can modify or update some of your personal information such as the delivery address for your purchases or your telephone contact number.

We will also collect information when you submit an online bid at an online auction (such as what you are bidding for and how much you bid). In addition, the Paradise Auctions server automatically collects certain information about your use of our service. The information collected in each case is described under section 4 below.

3. Are my personal details safe when being transmitted to you?
All transmission of personal information is protected using SSL encrypted transmission between your Web browser and our Web server. You will know when transmitted data is safe by a security notice when you enter a secure page, and by the presence of an icon on your browser, either a key for Netscape or a lock for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The pages where you submit your account information, place a bid, and receive confirmation of a successful bid are all covered by our strong security measures. The Paradise Auctions Online Auction Registration Form requires potential bidders at an online auction to provide:

  1. Their contact details and billing information (such as name, password/login, address, e-mail address, delivery and billing address), credit card details and expiry date.

  3. Purchasing preferences
  4. Miscellaneous information such as how you heard about us, whether your purchase is for personal or business use and where you are connected to the web.

Our company does supply your name, delivery address and telephone number to our courier for the dispatch of your purchases, but we require them to keep this information confidential. In addition, your details may be passed on to third parties where necessary, for the purpose of processing and collecting any amounts which may become payable by you to us.

Your user name is disclosed while you are bidding in an online auction. The reason for this disclosure is to allow actual and potential bidders to track the bidding for particular items at online auctions.

Paradise Auctions uses cookies to keep track of your bidding. These cookies are placed in your browser file on your hard drive and help us collect general information about visitor behaviour on our site, track password functions and to help us develop better functionality within our site. Cookies do not capture or track any personal information and cannot identify individual users. We may also use an outside advertising company to display ads on our site. 6. How will Paradise Auctions keep my personal information safe?
The most important thing to remember here is to always keep your Paradise Auctions login and password secret. Never give your login and password to anyone. 7. Can I correct or update my personal information?
Once you have registered for online auctions with Paradise Auctions, you may at anytime access and modify the personal information you provided in the Registration Form, by editing your profile. This includes updating your delivery address to ensure items are sent to the correct location or providing an updated contact telephone number should we need to contact you regarding delivery as well as altering your credit and details.

In order to ensure that we can provide you with the most efficient service we ask that you alter your profile, if necessary, before submitting further online bids for online auctions. You can also add or delete or alter your purchase preferences so that we can provide you with a better service. The edit profile section of the Paradise Auctions web site will also allow you to review other information such as your bidding history at online auction.

Paradise Auctions will also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer required or if you ask us to do so because you no longer intend to use our site. However, due to technical and accounting constraints your personal information may not be completely destroyed.
